Job Description
As a part of this role, you will be responsible for contacting leads via phone calls and messages to encourage them to register on the platform. You will need to maintain regular follow-up communication with prospects, addressing their queries, providing solutions, and offering relevant information. Building and nurturing strong relationships with leads and prospects through ongoing communication and follow-ups will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your tasks will also include monitoring and analyzing the pipeline regularly to review performance and optimize strategies to ensure that objectives are met. Collaboration with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction is essential. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and submit daily reports and End of the Day Reports to assess individual and team performance. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Graduate degree.
