Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead the promotion and sale of our chemical and mineral products across South India. This role is remote and field-based, centered in Chennai, and demands a proactive individual with strong B2B sales expertise and a passion for growth in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by executing high-impact sales strategies.
  • Generate leads and close deals within the manufacturing, chemical, and mineral sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term retention.
  • Conduct product demos, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
  • Deliver weekly sales reports, activity logs, and market insights.
  • Participate in quarterly strategy meetings in Delhi or other designated locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
  • 35 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in chemicals/minerals.
  • Strong regional market knowledge of South India.
  • Hands-on experience managing field-based sales operations.
  • Familiarity with client engagement and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is plus
  • Proficiency in any South Indian language is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively outside Chennai.
  • Should own a two-wheeler for regular client visits.
