Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching products/services, and closing deals to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, or inbound inquiries

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers

Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly

Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with clients

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain records of sales activity in CRM tools

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer experience
Required Candidate Profile:

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Postgraduate (depending on requirement)

Experience: Fresher / Minimum 6 months to 5 years in sales or business development

Proven sales skills in B2B / B2C / Inside Sales / TeleSales / Field Sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 25,000 to 47,900 per month (in-hand/CTC)
