Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching products/services, and closing deals to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, or inbound inquiries

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers

  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly

  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with clients

  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain records of sales activity in CRM tools

  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer experience

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Postgraduate (depending on requirement)

  • Experience: Fresher / Minimum 6 months to 5 years in sales or business development

  • Proven sales skills in B2B / B2C / Inside Sales / TeleSales / Field Sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 25,000 to 47,900 per month (in-hand/CTC)
