Hiring For AAC Blocks Division & Allied Products *Role Description** This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive at BildMart in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing procurement solutions to construction industry clients on a day-to-day basis, specifically focusing on the AAC Blocks Division. The role will cover Pune and surrounding areas within a 200km radius. *Key Responsibilities** - Drive sales of AAC Blocks within the assigned territory. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry. - Provide procurement solutions tailored to client needs, with a focus on cost-efficiency and reliability. - Regularly visit project sites to understand client requirements and provide on-the-ground support. - Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic planning. - Utilize CRM software and sales analytics to track sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. *Qualifications** - Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management, preferably in the construction materials sector. - Strong knowledge of AAC Blocks and their application in construction. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Experience with CRM software and sales analytics. - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. --- This rolw emphasizes the specific focus on the AAC Blocks Division, making it clear that the candidate should have relevant experience & knowledge in this area.,
