You will be working as a full-time Estimation Engineer HVAC with Escube Airconditioning Pvt Ltd, a company specializing in HVAC systems and services for industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs), project estimation, and conducting research. You will be based in Bengaluru, Udupi, Hubli, or Hospet. In this role, you will collaborate with the engineering team, negotiate with vendors and contractors, and ensure that project requirements are fulfilled effectively. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating various aspects of the projects and ensuring smooth communication among all stakeholders. To excel in this position, you should have experience in preparing detailed BOQs and project estimation, possess strong negotiation skills, and demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough research. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members, vendors, and clients. The role requires you to work both independently and as part of a team. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience in the HVAC industry would be advantageous for this role, although it is not mandatory.
