Job Description
You should have experience in selling industrial products, particularly bearings from reputable international brands, to large engineering companies in process industries such as steel, granite, cement, CNC machines, and SPM sector. It would be beneficial if you have worked with well-known Channel Partners and traders. Your role will involve managing and monitoring a team of Sales and Senior Sales engineers to achieve targets, with a focus on new business development and customer retention. As a team player, you are expected to meet individual targets while also contributing to the overall team goals. You should possess strong skills in understanding, managing, and interpreting customer requirements, and be able to persuade clients that the products or services offered best suit their needs. Your responsibilities will include representing the products to customers, participating in field events like conferences, seminars, and trade shows to support marketing efforts, and establishing and maintaining relationships with customers. You will be in charge of negotiating and finalizing sales agreements, delivering technical presentations, and showcasing how products can address client needs effectively. Additionally, you will be required to prepare sales reports, manage client accounts, maintain contact data, collaborate with the sales team and technical experts, and contribute to the design of custom-made products.,
