Job Description: New Business development: Generate new leads through various channels and identify prospects Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets Understand customer requirements and articulate a suitable solution Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Collaboration with the technical team for technical discussions and demonstrations Required Candidate Profile: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the software industry. Experience in B2B Sales Experience in a complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Clear understanding of the software market and its key players. Self-Motivated Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
