As a Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator at Evolve Swift, located in BTM Layout, Bengaluru/Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in managing lead flow, facilitating communication between marketing agencies and sales teams, and supporting email and social media campaigns. Your main responsibility will be to ensure seamless operations across teams and enhance campaign performance. Your tasks will include coordinating with digital marketing agencies to evaluate leads, distributing leads to the sales team and monitoring their progress, collecting sales feedback on lead quality to relay to the marketing agency, participating in the execution of email and social media campaigns, and tracking and analyzing campaign performance, conversion rates, and lead status. To qualify for this position, a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. You should possess a basic understanding of digital marketing and lead management, along with strong organizational and communication abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and office software will be beneficial in your role.
