You will be responsible for owning and handling the end to end lead generation cycle for all the top digital first/ e-commerce D2C brands in the country who have high growth potential in the future. Your primary task would be to constantly generate new SQLs through using multiple communication and lead generation techniques. You are expected to constantly drive/build and increase the sales pipeline through different sales approaches. Key Roles and Responsibilities Own end to end lead generation cycle for all digital first, e-commerce and D2C brands in the country through outbound sales approach. Should use best communication channels but not limited to phone, email to generate quality SQLs for the sales team. Constantly build, maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly/monthly and yearly business goals. Achieve sales targets consistently and thrive hard to challenge the competition landscape in the industry. Should have the ability to negotiate with clients and handle objections with ease over a call and other multiple communication channels. Highly self-motivated and constantly working on delivering positive results to the company. Should be highly persuasive and follow-up with clients in a timely manner. Build a deep level understanding for financial products market demands and trends in the Indian fin-tech industry. Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives at all times. Minimum requirements Must have 1 - 3 years of lead generation/sales/pre-sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup. (Fin-tech industry preferred) Strong communication, oral & written skills. Highly self motivated and result oriented personality. Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
