Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated team member to manage client communication, process orders, and ensure smooth dispatches in our wholesale crystal products business. The role involves both interacting with customers and handling basic operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries through WhatsApp and phone.
• Assist in processing, editing, and updating orders in our system.
• Generate Shiprocket shipping labels and share tracking details with clients.
• Coordinate with the packaging team to ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain strong communication with B2B buyers (astrologers, resellers, store owners).
• Follow up with clients for order updates and repeat purchases.

Requirements:

• Basic computer and mobile handling skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, Internet).
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Experience in sales or customer support preferred.
• Organised, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks.
