Job Description Role: Sales Coordinator Qualification: Any Degree Gender: Female IT HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE SALES Proficiency in Tamil & English is Mandatory, and Malayalam & Hindi is preferable We are looking for a well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The goal is to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance and solid and long-lasting development. Responsibilities: Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Respond to complaints from customers and give -sales support when requested. Handle all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Good Knowledge about Tender Document Preparation & Submission Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
