Job Description
The Sales Support role involves assisting the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and responding to client inquiries promptly. You will be responsible for communicating professionally with domestic and international clients via email and phone, addressing orders, pricing, product information, and delivery timelines. In this position, you will coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries. It is essential to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, proposals, and orders, as well as prepare sales reports and assist in monthly sales forecasting. You will also be required to update client data, order status, and sales activities in CRM or ERP systems. Additionally, follow-ups with internal teams such as marketing, production, accounts, and service departments are crucial to ensure alignment and efficient communication.
