As a Sales Coordinator - Export Marketing, you will be responsible for providing Sales Operational Support to our Sales Team. Your role will involve ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and hold a B.Tech/Diploma or have similar relevant experience. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply for this position located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that customers receive prompt service - Planning and following up on orders with production through Supply Chain Management - Supporting the Marketing Team with product catalogue and price list - Processing internal and external orders, as well as creating a dispatch plan - Releasing sales orders to the plant to assist in production and purchase planning - Following up and tracking Marketing Executives, resolving their queries - Updating the dealer and distributor database and following up with dealers for secondary sales - Handling customer quotes, schemes, and coupons for OEM/Tier 1 customers - Providing necessary data to the General Manager as per requirements - Generating important sales reports and MIS at agreed frequencies If you have experience in Customer Follow-ups, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer query resolution, Lead Generation, International Business, and Team Coordination, and are looking for a challenging role that involves supporting sales operations and coordination, we encourage you to apply for this position by sharing your interest at the provided email address.,
