Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders. Address any order-related inquiries and provide updates to customers as needed. Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information on products, pricing, and delivery schedules. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documentation. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between the sales team, production, logistics, and other relevant departments. Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding across sales materials. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide relevant market insights to the sales team to assist in strategic decision-making. Good excel knowledge. Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Gujarati.
