Sc/B.Tech/T.y.com & Candidate should be from Chemicals Industry Candidates Location- Borivali To Bandra Experience : 3 yrs to 5 Yrs Salary : 1,80,000/- to 2,64,000/- Working Hrs : Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 6.00 pm Job Location : Andheri (E) Candidates must be expert in B2B portal handling Job Profile is mentioned below: 1) Manage all the sales related activity of the company. 2) Handle a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller 3) Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence. 4) Handle the tasks of preparing quotations / Proforma Invoice for different products. 5) Track sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time. 6) Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner. 7) Support the field sales team. 8) Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments. 9) Resolve any sales related issues with customers. 10) Make follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates. 11) Respond to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing. 13) Handle India Mart Website portal 14) Follow-up for the samples sent to customers.,
