Job Description: Sales Coordinator Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities: Sales & Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Client Servicing to train and motivate the sales team, generate leads, and meet revenue targets. Analyze sales data, improve productivity, and project future demand. Client Servicing: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve client inquiries, and maintain client relationships. Ensure quality control in all client communications. Operations & Brand Standards: Maintain product knowledge, uphold company brand standards, and ensure studio facilities meet these standards. Assist with front desk operations as needed. Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities in new markets, assess potential partners, and contribute to the company's growth. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring feedback is implemented effectively. Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years in sales and client servicing, preferably in fitness or hospitality. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in CRM software. Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
