Job Description

The Sales Consultant role involves being accountable for driving sales through the delivery of expert advice, personalized service, and comprehensive product knowledge to clients. You will be tasked with understanding client requirements, recommending appropriate products or services, and ensuring a satisfactory customer journey in order to meet sales objectives. Collaborating closely with the sales team and other departments is essential to foster the expansion of the company's client base. Your main responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize methods such as cold calling, networking, and market research to identify and engage potential clients. - Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct meetings with prospective clients to grasp their needs and offer tailored solutions through compelling presentations. - Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet or surpass sales targets effectively. - Relationship Management: Foster and enhance relationships with existing clients, guaranteeing a high level of customer contentment. - Negotiation & Closing: Engage in negotiations for contracts and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client. - Market Analysis: Remain updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product advancements to enhance client service. - Reporting & Documentation: Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and outcomes while maintaining precise records in the CRM system. - Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of the company's products/services and articulate their advantages convincingly to clients. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with at least 1 year of total work experience and 1 year of experience in sales. The work location is in person.,
