Job Role:

Coordinate with clients and the sales team for smooth order processing 

Maintain and update sales & operational data using advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)

Maintain and update sales data in Excel and company records

Handle calls, emails, and client follow-ups

Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports

Ensure timely communication between departments

Requirements:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accurate data entry

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
