You will need to identify and engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored natural stone solutions. Staying informed about industry trends and market demands is crucial to delivering insightful recommendations and strategies. Additionally, conducting regular market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base will be part of your role. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by resolving any issues promptly and effectively are also key aspects of this position. Ideally, you should possess a Post Graduate degree/MBA or an Undergraduate degree with 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Prior experience in industries such as natural stone, marble, building materials, real estate, architecture, or interior design will be considered an asset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders. Proven experience in managing and engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNI customers) is a plus. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market demands to provide insightful recommendations and strategies will also be expected from you.,
