Hey folks were hiring! At Fishbone Pictures, were on the lookout for a Business Development Manager (13 years experience) to join our small but ambitious team. If you enjoy building relationships, pitching ideas, achieving targets, and working at the intersection of creativity and business, this role might be for you. Were a Mumbai-based video production agency working across ad films, branded content, and full-scale brand development. Weve worked with some amazing brands and are now looking to scale that impact. What you'll be doing: Reaching out to brands, startups, and agencies. Pitching our services with confidence. Building strong client relationships. Working with the creative team on proposals and pitches. Bringing in quality leads, pitch meetings, and 12 closed projects each month. Who we're looking for: 13 years of experience in business development and sales. Someone who understands how agencies or production houses work. A go-getter whos proactive, resourceful, and comfortable talking to new people If youve got a network in the brand/marketing/startup world, even better Most importantly, someone whos genuinely interested in storytelling and content.
