Job Summary: As a Sales professional in this customer-facing role, you will play a crucial part in the company's sales function. Your main responsibilities include converting potential customers into buyers, identifying new applications and segments for business growth. Responsibilities and Duties: - Play a vital role in new business pitches and lead effective lead generation. - Develop and achieve sales targets through direct sales channels. - Focus on expanding existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities. - Act as a key interface between customers and relevant divisions like production planning. - Drive sales targets and collections through improved communication via emails, meetings, and calls. - Establish strong relationships with clients and maintain a high standard of customer service. - Manage and monitor customer credit through efficient follow-ups, meetings, and field visits. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: - Graduation (any stream) + MBA (preferred). - Location preference: Mumbai, Delhi, Daman/Silvassa. - Experience in B2B sales, managing sales through OEMs/traders, industrial sales, engineering products, etc., is essential. - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. - Willingness to travel within India. Preferred Personality Traits: - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Ability to manage and train teams effectively. - Confidence in soliciting new business and reactivating old accounts. - Skilled in negotiating sales deals to achieve budgeted margins. - Competence in working efficiently in a complex, multi-faceted environment.
