Job Description

You will be responsible for greeting customers and offering assistance with a range of telecom products and services. Your duties will include selling mobile phones, accessories, and insurance, as well as demonstrating product features and providing technical support when required. It will be your responsibility to process sales transactions, billing, and activations accurately, while also ensuring that stock levels are maintained and merchandising standards are upheld at the counter. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner and escalating issues when necessary will be essential. Additionally, you will be expected to meet monthly sales targets. This is a full-time position with benefits that include cell phone reimbursement and paid sick time. The ideal candidate will have a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education, although this is preferred rather than required. A minimum of 2 years of total work experience is also preferred.
