The role at Bullmen Realty India Pvt Ltd in the Sales and Marketing department is focused on building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities by explaining the customers about the properties. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for developing Bullmen Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies. Building strong working relationships with clients, contacting leads provided by the company, and maintaining relationships with channel partners through calls and emails are key aspects of the role. Your responsibilities will include following up with potential customers to prospect for new business, conducting need analysis by calling/meeting clients, facilitating negotiation between buyers and sellers, and closing sales by submitting all relevant documents to the seller. Understanding the core values and goals of the company, tracking and interpreting sales figures, and reporting on the same will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be required to call and fix meetings with clients and be a hardcore sales performer in direct sales within the assigned territory for generating sales. We are specifically looking for candidates with Real Estate experience who are available for interviews in Noida and have a good understanding of the Noida real estate market. The position is full-time, permanent, and open to both experienced professionals and fresher candidates.
