Job Responsibilities: Identify and approach hotels to onboard them onto our platform. Conduct field visits to meet hotel owners and management teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to ensure business continuity. Work on revenue optimization strategies and provide insights to hotel partners. Understand hotel channel management systems and assist hotels in leveraging them effectively. Negotiate terms and close deals to expand our hotel network. Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and resolve queries promptly. Key Requirements: MBA graduate (recently passed out). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of hotel operations and channel management. Ability to join immediately.
