Job Description
- Greet customers and provide detailed product knowledge about breads, pastries, and specialty items.
- Maintain attractive product displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and well presented.
- Assist customers with product selection and handle sales transactions accurately.
- Take and process custom orders or bulk requests for events or wholesale clients.
- Upsell and recommend complementary items to increase average ticket size.
- Keep track of inventory, assist in stock rotation, and communicate low-stock items to production.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the sales area according to food safety standards.
- Collect customer feedback and share with the team for product improvement.
- Support marketing efforts with seasonal promotions, tastings, or social media content.
