Job Description
The Sales Associate position is a full-time on-site role located in Kanayannur. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their travel needs, and provide personalized safari holiday packages. You will be tasked with managing client inquiries, handling bookings, negotiating packages, and coordinating with the travel team to ensure seamless customer experiences. Additionally, you will handle transactions, offer after-sales support, and maintain customer records. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales and customer service skills, proficiency in handling inquiries and managing bookings, effective communication and negotiation abilities, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and experience in the travel and tourism industry will be advantageous. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and CRM software is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.,
