Job Description

As a Sales Associate at B&S Group located in Vadodara, your primary responsibility will be to make outgoing calls to regular accounts, take orders, and work directly with customers via telephone and email to drive sales. You will be expected to achieve daily sales targets, educate customers on product offerings and services, provide information on product pricing, and address any customer service-related issues. It is essential to maintain accurate daily sales reports and records in the sales tracker. Additionally, you will work under the guidance of a Team Leader, actively participate in team activities, and contribute to creating a positive team environment. You will assist the team and Team Leader in preparing reports and meeting targets effectively. The position requires excellent English communication skills, at least one year of experience as a Sales Executive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, or freshers are also encouraged to apply. You should possess active, enthusiastic skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English, with a typing speed of 25 words per minute or above. Being computer-savvy and having strong customer service and telesales skills are essential. Problem-solving, decision-making, and superior closing skills will be advantageous in this role. The job type is full-time, and the work schedule is from 02:30 pm to 11:30 pm from March to October and from 3:30 pm to 12:30 am from October to March, Monday to Friday.
