Job Title: Sales Associate Fashion Apparel Brand
Location:

• Kurla, Mumbai Female Candidates Only

• Indore

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Fashion Retail/Apparel Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable apparel/products

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, sizes, and trends

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Handle POS (billing) systems and manage transactions accurately

• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets

• Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns smoothly

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion/apparel retail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service mindset

• Sales-driven and target-oriented

• Well-groomed with a pleasing personality

• Basic knowledge of billing systems and retail operations
