As a Sales & Application Engineer, you will be responsible for combining technical expertise with sales skills to assist in selling CNC Machine Cutting tool products and services to customers. You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs, present technical solutions, and provide ongoing support. Your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between technical offerings and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding Customer Needs - Providing Technical Support - Generating and Qualifying Leads - Building and maintaining Relationships - Conducting Competitive Analysis - Utilizing Sales and Negotiation Skills - Demonstrating Communication and Presentation Skills - Applying Problem-Solving Skills - Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Skills To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with experience in sales, engineering, and technical support. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales & CNC Machine Setter, Programmers, Operators, or Tool Room. Working knowledge in CAD / CAM software will be an added advantage. Working knowledge about CNC, VMC, HMC machines is a plus.
