As an Application Engineer at Amzone South India LLP, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise and support for the application of rigging solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients, sales teams, and internal engineering departments to understand project requirements and design customized rigging solutions. You will represent highly reputed international suppliers and search for new clients in a designated region through cold calling and emailing to generate leads. Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, making technical presentations, providing pre-sales technical assistance, and product education will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will manage and understand customer requirements, prepare client quotations, assist in negotiations with clients for order closing, and offer after-sales support services. Maintaining client contact data, preparing reports for the Line Manager, meeting assigned sales targets, conducting market research, and capturing competitive information will also be essential aspects of your job. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in understanding the rigging, marine, or hardware industry or a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
