Job Description
As a Sales & Application Engineer specializing in Process Control Instruments, your main role is to contribute towards business growth by managing existing customer relationships and acquiring new clients. Your responsibilities include promoting products, meeting sales targets, and providing technical support to customers. You will be responsible for creating and delivering product presentations to potential customers, generating and following up on sales leads, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Additionally, you will offer technical support to customers, conduct market research, and organize customer training sessions. Collaboration with internal teams, such as engineering and product development, is crucial to communicate customer feedback and ensure products meet market demands. You will also arrange product demonstrations, maintain sales records, and attend industry events to promote the company's products. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or B.E/B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with 0 to 2 years of sales experience in Process Control Instruments. Familiarity with Pharma-related Process Control Instruments is an advantage, especially for catering to clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Key skills required for this role include strong verbal and written communication, excellent sales and negotiation abilities, client relationship management, innovation in developing business pipelines, good presentation skills, independence and teamwork, persuasion skills, team management, willingness to travel, and proficiency in Kannada.
