Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Service Associate. The Sales and Service Associate will handle sales inquiries, provide installation, customer service, and support the sales team with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, responding to customer needs, preparing sales reports, coordinating with service teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Diploma/ BE / B-Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Communication / Instrumentation. 2-3 years of Experience in sales and service of test and measurement instrumentation. Experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time efficiently Technical proficiency and understanding of EMI/EMC Testing solutions is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting,
