Job Title: Sales and Marketing Trainee (Field B2B Sales) Location: Chennai Salary: 20,000 22,000 per month + Travelling Allowance Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level | On-site | Field Work Gender: Male Candidates Only About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated male Sales and Marketing Trainee for B2B field sales in Chennai. This role involves meeting business clients on-site, building strong relationships, and promoting our products/services in a professional environment. No calling or emailing this is a 100% field-based B2B sales role. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits for B2B client meetings and product/service promotion Generate and follow up on leads through direct interaction with businesses Distribute marketing materials and present offerings to decision-makers Collect feedback and market intelligence from client interactions Participate in B2B events, trade shows, and other field activities Report daily field activity and client updates to the manager Requirements: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred) Male candidates only Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with extensive travel across Chennai for field visits Fluent in English and Hindi ,Tamil Self-driven, confident, and eager to build a career in B2B sales What We Offer: Monthly stipend of 20,000 22,000 Travelling Allowance.
