Your responsibilities will also include devising and implementing sales strategies and overseeing sales operations. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service abilities, a track record in sales and training, robust sales management skills, the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively, exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
