As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. You will also be in charge of overseeing sales management activities and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, a proven track record in sales and sales management, the ability to conduct training sessions effectively, excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, self-motivation, and the capacity to work autonomously.
