Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram. The Specialist will be responsible for show case of luxeriou residential & commercial projects in gurgaon and generating and managing leads, guiding prospective clients through property tours, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with customers. Additionally, this role involves providing excellent customer service, coordinating with the marketing team to align strategies, and contributing to sales management activities. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills 2-3 year Real state sales experience in Gurgaon only ( preferable ) Proven Sales and Sales Management experience Ability to provide effective Training and support Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Knowledge of the real estate market in Gurugram is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
