Job Description
AKS Hospitality is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive hotel bookings, secure bulk/group reservations, and maintain an average annual occupancy of at least 70%. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room bookings. Secure group bookings from corporate, travel agencies, and event planners. Build relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients. Maintain a strong online and offline presence to attract guests. Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Work towards achieving annual occupancy targets. Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in hotel room sales and group bookings. Strong network in the travel, tourism, and corporate sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
