Conduct field and local networking to identify recruitment and sales opportunities. Collaborate with senior managers to meet regional sales goals. Eligibility Criteria Must be a graduate with specialization in Marketing or Sales. Strong communication and leadership qualities. Passion for field sales and team building. Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset. Preference will be given to candidates from Ghaziabad and Modinagar.
