Job Description: Mechanical Sales Trainee Position: Mechanical Sales Trainee Location: Chinchwad-Pune Department: Sales and Marketing Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Mechanical Sales Trainee to join our sales team. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates in mechanical engineering who are looking to start their career in technical sales. The role involves understanding customer requirements, promoting mechanical products or services, and providing technical support to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop a thorough understanding of the companys products and services, including technical specifications and applications. Identify and engage with potential customers to generate new leads and business opportunities. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and explain product features and benefits. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for clients. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation. Support senior sales team members in negotiating contracts and closing deals. Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales support. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience: 01 year of experience in sales or a mechanical engineering role (freshers are welcome). Strong technical aptitude with an interest in sales and customer engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
