Job Summary:


The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and expanding market presence for our Momo products (steamed, fried, tandoori, and specialty varieties). This role involves a blend of strategic marketing, customer engagement, sales channel development, and operational coordination to maximize both dine-in and takeaway/delivery sales.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Development


Identify and develop new sales channels (offline outlets, food courts, delivery aggregators like Swiggy/Zomato, catering services).


Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.


Build partnerships with corporate offices, schools, events, and fairs to promote bulk orders.


Monitor competitor pricing and create competitive offers.



2. Marketing & Promotion


Plan and execute marketing campaigns (festivals, offers, seasonal promotions).


Manage digital marketing, social media pages, influencer collaborations, and food bloggers.


Coordinate photo/video shoots for menu and marketing content.


Develop creative promotional strategies for new flavors and combo launches.



3. Brand Positioning


Maintain brand consistency across packaging, menus, and advertisements.


Ensure customer experience aligns with brand values and quality standards.


Promote USP (e.g., hygiene, authentic taste, variety, price points).



4. Market Research & Expansion


Research food trends and customer preferences.


Identify potential locations for new outlets or kiosks.


Track and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service.



5. Team & Vendor Coordination


Train sales and serving staff on upselling techniques.


Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials and packaging needs.


Work with production team to ensure timely supply and quality consistency.
