Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in real estate sales, financial products, or investment marketing is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong passion for sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills.
- Identify and approach potential investors and clients interested in real estate opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Present and promote real estate investment projects to individuals and groups.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to clients.
- Provide post-sales support and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationship building
