We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives and drive business growth for our real estate firm based in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate marketing, a passion for strategy and branding, and the ability to manage offline and digital campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote residential apartment projects, DTCP plots, and farmland sales.
• Lead and supervise the marketing team, including field marketers and tele-callers.
• Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (offline and online) to generate quality leads.
• Monitor lead flow and marketing performance metrics and report regularly to senior management.
• Identify new market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with sales goals and ensure conversion support.
