Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Executive for our ERP & CRM Software solutions based in Ujjain, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. With at least 2 years of experience in B2B software sales, your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing sales strategies to generate leads and close deals. - Identifying and targeting potential clients within the ERP & CRM software industry. - Building lasting relationships with clients to better understand their business needs. - Conducting product presentations, demos, and negotiations. - Collaborating with the technical team to ensure solutions align with customer requirements. To excel in this role, you must possess: - A minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably within the ERP & CRM software sector. - Strong expertise in B2B sales, lead generation, and client management. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - The ability to work autonomously and achieve set targets consistently. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone and internet reimbursement, along with a performance bonus as part of the compensation package. The schedule is based on a day shift, and the work location is in person in Ujjain.
