Job Title: Sales and Admin Officer( Only Female candidates) ABOUT COMPANY : Footprint Warehousing is Gujarat based leading and most trusted warehousing & Logistics company ,specializing in efficient and reliable warehouse solution. Job Summary: The Sales and Admin Officer will be responsible for supporting the sales team in sales lead generation, Developing new customers, follow ups on sales inquiries, while ensuring smooth office administrative operations. This role combines sales support and administrative duties, acting as a bridge between internal departments and external clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Maintain and update customer databases . Follow up on sales inquiries via email, phone, Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, prospects, and customer interactions. Generate regular sales reports and analytics. Administrative Duties: Maintain & Update Employee record ( Both Physical & Digital) Track attendance, leaves and other employee absences Handle office /Site staff and document management. Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Basic HR function knowledge (added advantage). Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles. Experience in customer relationship management is a plus.
