You are now hiring for the position of Sales Executive & Accounts, located in Chennai, Tamilnadu. This position is exclusively for Female candidates. As an Administration Associate, you will be responsible for understanding the product portfolio, preparing quotations, processing orders, preparing invoices, and handling communications with clients through email and telephone. Your role will involve qualifying opportunities and transferring them to the sales team, as well as interacting with clients to follow up on purchase orders and transactions. Your responsibilities will include accurately preparing quotations, communicating with clients and associates via email and phone, maintaining transaction documents, qualifying leads from inbound and outbound calls, managing customer and lead databases, and effectively multitasking between phone calls and marketing qualified leads. You should have at least 1 year of experience or be a Fresher, fluent in English and Tamil, and possess the ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations positively. You should have a strong work ethic, be team-oriented, a self-starter, and results-oriented. Additionally, you should be skilled at multitasking, adaptable, innovative, and possess a diploma or degree. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from 16,000.00 to 20,000.00.
