Job Description
You are a Sales Executive at iTech, Eastern India's largest Apple Authorised Reseller, located in Cooch Behar-II. Your primary responsibility is to interact with customers, understand their requirements, offer expert advice on Apple products, and assist them in finding suitable solutions. In addition to this, you will be involved in product demonstrations, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, providing after-sales support, meeting sales targets, and participating in training sessions. Your role also includes organizing and conducting in-store events and training sessions to enhance the overall customer experience. To excel in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of Apple products and technology, a sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, the ability to conduct hands-on product demonstrations, and excellent problem-solving abilities. As a self-motivated individual, you should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Flexibility to work on-site in Cooch Behar-II is essential. Previous experience in customer service or retail sales would be advantageous, along with proficiency in organizing and conducting training sessions.
