You will be working as a Business Analyst IAM for a global leader in IT services and consulting with a strong reputation for workplace excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will need to have proven experience in requirements gathering and strong communication skills to facilitate effective communication with application owners. Your role will involve guiding and educating application owners on the integration and onboarding process for Sailpoint and CyberArk. You will be supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in aligning onboarding strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. This is a 1-year contract role and you will be required to work full-time onsite in one of the following Indian cities: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, or Chennai. The role involves adhering to a 2pm-12am IST shift, five days per week. You will also be contributing to enhancing security protocols through successful onboarding of critical applications and maintaining comprehensive documentation and process standards throughout project lifecycles. To be successful in this role, you must have hands-on experience with Sailpoint and CyberArk and be able to escalate issues and blockers appropriately to ensure project continuity and success. You will be provided with laptops and tools from the client or designated IT services provider to carry out your responsibilities effectively.,
