Role Description: The Information Technology System Administrator will manage software systems, customer relationship management, and data reporting. This role requires a technically proficient individual with strong organizational skills who can multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities and Required Skills: 1. LMS Administrator - Responsibilities: Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensure functionality, add/remove users, integrate with other software, provide technical support, and troubleshoot issues. - Skills Needed: Proficiency with LMS software (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard), understanding of e-learning technology, strong technical troubleshooting abilities. 2. CRM Administrator - Responsibilities: Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, track and optimize customer interactions, manage user roles and data quality, generate reports, and provide user training and support. - Skills Needed: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), data management and analysis, customer service orientation, problem-solving skills. 3. Point of Contact - Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, facilitate communication, respond to inquiries, and resolve conflicts. - Skills Needed: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks. 4.
