We are seeking experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Managers to lead our sales teams across India. As an RSM, you will be responsible for Driving Sales Growth, Managing Sales Team, and Achieving Business Objectives in your designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in Super stockist appointment (Investment/Face Value)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and mentor sales teams to ensure they meet their targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Experience in channel sales management and new market expansion
- New product launch experience (Segment wise Organic/FMCG/Other)
