Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an RPO Account Manager based in Hyderabad. The RPO Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships, and ensuring the delivery of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services. Key tasks include understanding client requirements, coordinating with recruitment teams, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager will also handle escalations, provide regular updates to clients, and work on improving service efficiencies. Qualifications Proven experience in client account management and relationship building Strong understanding of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and recruitment strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in using recruitment management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the IT industry and knowledge of technical recruitment is a plus,
